I wish

I wish that I could sink
Deep into the sea
Where in the murky depths
I could see clearly

I wish that I could fly
Into the bluest skies
Into a happy place
Where nobody cries

I wish that I could swim
Through the toughest waves
And awake all the bodies
Alone in their graves

I wish that I could burn
In the hottest ashes
Be by the ocean
As the last wave crashes

I wish I could dive
Into rivers unknown
Sit high and proud
Upon my emerald thrown

I wish I could run
Where nobody has been
And see all the creatures
That no one has ever seen

I wish I could dance
With the angels again
Always smile and laugh
Even in the darkest rain

I wish that I could save
All my hurting friends
And go to that place
Where all time ends

I wish that I could saw
So high above the clouds
But if I found that place
I would never come back down
