MY LOVE

by letosha   Apr 14, 2005

You were always so good to me , you treated me so kindly
i remember our first kiss , i had bubble gum in my mouth but you kissed me anyway
i remember so clearly all the walks in the park that you took with me , sometimes we even stayed until it became early
do you remember when we were awaken by the feel of the falling rain as we lay underneath the Pecan tree
boy those were the days
i can't seem to forget our very first date, we watched the Nutty Professor while sharing so much laughter.
you were always so good to me,
i remember the first time i was alone in your presence how you sang Luther Vandross's song , just to relax me.
what about when you fed me cut up lemons, the thought of strawberries never occurred to me.
Our first time was so pleasant to me
we sat nervously at parkway inn , listening to R.Kelly's "I Believe I Can Fly" and i never thought i would be spending the night.
after that people began to say that you were a player and just a thug .
so i yelled at you and cut you with my words, but your reaction was an embracing hug.
i could never forget when your own mother told me that your feelings for me were just lust , you never said she was a liar you just continued to build up trust.
i feel badly for hearing others and mistreating you but you never lashed out at me , instead you were a Dove so I'm writing to say I'm so content to have married you my love!
