The Edge Of Oblivion

by Tricksy   Apr 14, 2005

She cries at night
The burden of life
To heavy
But she carries it alone.

She walks on the edge
The edge of oblivion
Drawing ever nearer,
To the dawn of no tomorrow

This girl and I,
We are the same
For we are one
And I am on the edge,
The edge of oblivion

Eternal slumber calls my name,
As I stand here in the pouring rain,
And longingly look over the edge,
The edge of oblivion.

Darkness divine,
Darkness be mine,
And throw me of
The edge of oblivion.
