My Self Righteousness.

by Aleah   Apr 14, 2005

They want me to abandon all my self righteousness.
give me the gumdrops
of my memories
Show me the happiness of my youth
I want the cold breeze
Give me my entity
Blow upon me the heat of my sin
my personal longings
Belongings
Truth be told
I'm not perfect
But this love
From above
I'm an angel sent to earth
on a moonlit night
in the candle light
We will kiss
Oh the kiss of a hundred angels
soar
So I'll run
I'll run for my life
My memory
A simple pleasure
My gum drop
this wonderful chill
such an Ice cold breath
if you want it
work for it
gotta put that crunch
in your lunch
for the munch
of your cravings
the love that you need
affection
you wh.o.re,
is a must
Is it lust?
Or the gust
Of the wind
Beating the trees against your window
Oh it's killing my mind
So out of control
I spin
For they've taken it away,
My self righteousness.
