I don't know!!!

I don't know why my life is the way it is,
i guess you can compare it to a pop quiz,
you don't know when things are coming,
& you don't know the answer to them,
people around you humming,
you can say I don't know who i em,

it is hard to find the answer,
for say if someone gives up there daughter,
you don't know why they did it,
you don't know what you did wrong,
to yourself you admit,
that you don't feel as if you belong,

when you tell them they hurt your feelings,
they act like they are just hearing things,
the unsent letters you keep writing,
the ones never sent,
the heart you have yet to be finding,
that stores the father daughter times you spent,

when you Miss your father very much,
being around him & such,
you know what he is doing isn't right,
but your too shy to confront him,
for his love you keep on with the fight,
but your patience starts to slim,

every day I ask myself,
does this have to do with his wealth,
who would be able to walk me down the isle,
would he be around to brag about,
would I be able to smile,
this beautiful dream I highly doubt,

that may be too much to ask for,
just another thing he can ignore,
if only I had a choice,
if only I could lay my feelings out,
I would raise my voice,
I would shout all I could shout
