Destructive minds.

I hate the way I’m going
And I’m loosing life’s point of view
We’re all just simply destructive
That also includes me and you.

We all have our own ways of coping
As we go through life’s dull ways
We hide in our own reflection
As we destroy ourselves like decay

Some kill in their own anger
And some die in their own guilt
Some live life’s regrets through drink
And some just sit there and wilt.

Depression is like a friend
As we hold hand in hand with tears
We wallow in our own self pity
As we waste away our years.

But even as I write this
I still wonder to myself
Why am I still depressed?
And endangering my own health.

All of us in our lifetime
Have suffered this kind of pain
It’s weak and indescribable
As we hide away in shame

I sleep, I cry and whimper
But still I hide away
I lie in bed and watch the world
Fly past the window, but still: I lay.

I hate the way I’m going
And I’m loosing life’s point of view
We’re all just simply destructive
That also includes me and you.

(do you ever sit down and scream cos you hate the way you are??well i tried explaining this is a poem and i hope some people can understand that they're not on their own.please comment and rate...it wold mean a lot to me.thanks.)
