Falling back in love

I sit here
While I cry.
Don't ask,
I'll tell you why.

I'm scared I think I'm falling.
Falling back in love.
Among all the black crows,
He's still my white dove.

Although his color got darker,
Into a shade of gray.
In my heart he remains.
Parts of me wants him to stay.

He took a piece of me away,
An important part of me.
Before I was too blind,
I guess I did not see.

But now it's the only thing I see,
All the good there was in him.
Before I looked at all the bad,
And held it all within.

Now that I don't have him,
Now I feel lost.
I want the love that we had back,
No matter what the cost.

All I know is i want him back,
I want him here and now.
I'll find room in my heart again,
Some way, some how.
