I leave home, with a forced smile on my face,
even when I'm mentally torn
Try to make you smile, and look what i get
just some more disrespect

You think I'm happy, i am not
I act it all for you
You think i don't understand how you feel
Guess what- I really do
And i am called dumb or immature
how can you be so sure... ?

The fact that i act happy
so that I'll see you smile,
makes me more mature then you
And you should thank me, cos unlike me,
you have someone to talk to
