Don't be mad when I just walk away,
Theres those words to you I can't bring myself to say,
Just thinking of them makes me want to cry,

To me those words say you leaving,
And you wont be back for a long time,
Your love will be something I wont be receiving,
And not loving you would feel like I've committed a crime.

Don't be sad when I just hug you and leave,
Theres nothing I'd love more in the world than to stay and believe,
Just stay and talk while we stare at the sky,
But so you know, I'm afraid to say goodbye.

To tell you those words would be risking a lot,
And when it comes to you I don't want to risk anything,
Your love I wont give up because its something I just got,
And throwing it away would change how I see everything.

Don't be confident were not together anymore when I'm not there,
Theres nothing in the world that hurts like when your not here,
Just know that after I met you I'm not afraid to die,
But so you know, I'm afraid to say goodbye.
