These times have changed.
Now talking to you seems strange.
When we dated seems like yesterday.
I see you face to face and can't think of what to say.
Your smile still follows me in my dreams.
But things aren't the way they seem.
Your pain is what I see.
I see it everytime you look at me.
It's hidden behind your smile.
But I still see it, it just takes me awhile.
