Gods my first thought in the morning
And my last thought of the day
When ever I feel scared
All I have to do is pray
He keeps his hand upon me
He keeps me going straight
And if I get discouraged
He reminds me to keep my faith
He’s my protector and my king
My ruler and my friend
He tells me not to give in to the badness of the world
He says it’s a sign we’re nearing the end
He’s alpha and omega
The beginning and the end
He is here right now
And he was there back then
He died upon the cross
So that me and you could live
You may not appreciate it at all
But my hearts the best thing I could give
You see my friend the end is coming
The signs are everywhere
And no matter how down and alone you get
Just remember god is there
And why people can’t see that he’s the one and only god
Is something I will never understand
And no matter how worldly they are
He still reaches out his hand
But I am very thankful that he
tries to help sinners be free
Cause one day he help a sinner
And that sinner was me
I’m, writing all of this
Only just to say
Please don’t wait to late
To try and find your way
Because you’ll have no second chance
On the day of his return
And if our soul is lost
In hell you’ll forever burn
So don’t wait until tomorrow
Because then it may be to late
Give your heart to god
And you’ll be welcomed into heavens gate
