Since you've gone i am so upset
an the only thing to replace you
is the tightening ache in my chest

i crumbled when i found
you huddled deep in your lust
take the hands of the hound
while killing the concept of trust

so pathetic so honestly naive
i choked on the very air
that you and your lover breathed

to my hurt i am gagged and bound
thrown to the next girl and passed around
used again and again
hopelessly searching for some common ground

i guess i was too clingy
