Pretend Friends

Once my best friend was always there
Always there to help me
Always there to have a laugh
Always there to guide me

But one day i turned and she was gone..

Gone just faded away..

She was helping someone else
Laughing with someone else
Someone else's best friend

Not mine anymore..

Everyday i see her...and we pretend its just the same

But we both know now that we are not best friends
Its just an elaborate game..
