Just words

Words I wrote from my heart, spilled ink onto the page
Filled with emotions, deep dark secrets, love and rage
Tore you apart by accident, just another failed cry
Something for me, letters, thoughts, dreams of suicide

Never meant to read the words I did, didn’t mean to cause pain
But still each night I write those words over and over again
I am bitter, I am cold, I am bored, I am dying in my life
I write of how I loved and lost my battle through this strife

Words written for you, but I didn’t read them all aloud
For all the things that I wrote I will never feel proud
All the feelings I have, torn up and thrown away
Just memories and nightmares of a miserable yesterday
