Hush!

--when reading this, imagine the song "Hush little baby, don't say a word, momma's gonna buy you..." etc. because it follows the same rhythm.--

Hush little girl,
don't say a word!
Daddy's coming to get you
so please remain unheard!

Daddy's been drinking
and although he's unsure,
you know he's gonna get you
and indulge in your allure!

Hush little boy,
don't make a sound!
Mommy's a manic depressive
and her meds are nowhere to be found!

Mommy doesn't know it
but she's not okay.
She's gonna murder you
then, blow herself away.

Hush little children,
you only ignored me
so you suffer the consequences-
may you rest peacefully.
