13 years
it seems like a lot
talking on the phone
saying what they're not
talking about the future
saying together forever
never leaving sides
suddenly 8 years past
how could years pass so fast,
we think about high school
thinking about the 13th year
what will happen if it will be our last days together
as our lives change,
will we still be friends forever?
i keep thinking this is goodbye,
this is our time to fly,
when we leave each others sides,
we will be able to swim through the high tides?
without having each other to talk to
when we grow up
will we hear each other call out our name,
wondering where are you?
will we remember all the times we've had together,
or will our memories be whatever,
as our lives change
will we still be friends forever?
