I thought I loved you
I even thought you cared
I thought you would never leave me
But you left me cold and scared
I believed you when you said we'd be together forever
I believed you when you said you wouldn't break my heart
I even believed you when you said I was the only one
And that we would never be apart.
I gave you all the love I could give
And I even told you things I'm afraid to tell my friends
But I should have realized that you were just another guy
And that I would be hurt in the end.
So now that I see there is another girl
I don't know what to do
Because you're the reason I was living for
And for all that you have done, I hate you.
