Rememberance

My mind is away
some place else
its traveling old scared paths
following the map
away through my mind
my heart now shattered like glass.
But i cant pick up the pieces,
to small to even hold
but every piece
my mind come across
is special in someway.
Even if its the day we met,
its still there, not gone yet.
My mind stumbles
across shattered memories
memories of you and I
yet my mind never struggles
it just cries
those memories I have
they shall never die.
