Double Personality...

I'm sorry to say this
But it's been bothering me
How you happen to act
And who you've chose to be

She hurts you all the time
And you come to us and cry
You can't let her treat you like that
You have to stop this lie

You talk about how you hate her
Recently, that's all you say
Take a step up
That's the only way

If you don't say anything
She'll just hurt you more
She'll treat you like you're nothing
Why do you stand it, tell me what for?

You tell us she'll get mad
Then what makes her a friend?
If she constantly hurts your feelings
You have put this to an end

You let your tears fall
And all because of her
But you can change that
Things don't have to be how they were

But the thing that gets to me
Is with her you put on an act
Pretending it doesn't hurt
When it does for a fact

You act like it's OK
Like it doesn't matter
That the things she says
Make you fall and shatter

You seem to laugh with her
On things you cry to us about
That's confusing me a little
Gives me a little doubt

What if you do the same to us
Run to her and cry
Say we're horrible friends
Say that we don't try

I want to trust you
But I don't know how
Your personality shifts
Making things so hard now
