Planet Worthless

Many a great man have asked the question,
The essential one we all fail to mention -
Why is there war? Why is there hate?
It's not all important so why retaliate?
People of this world full of vengeance and greed,
With no pause for thought, with a heart that doesn't bleed,
Where does it come from? How does it manifest?
And why does everything resort to: "don't put me to the test"?
It's a cold cruel world full of anger and pain,
Full of evil people who crave power and gain,
Will someone please tell them, try to prevent the tears,
I speak but I'm answered with uncaring ears, -
Choose to ignore, be the one to begrudge,
For on the Final Hour, YOU will be judged, -
Praised or condemned, destination unknown,
Shining in bliss, or to Hades you're thrown,
Which is it to be? The choice is yours to make,
Choose wisely my friend, for there's much at stake,
Think before you act, take heed of what I'm saying,
This isn't a game, and if it is, you're not the one playing,
It's all down to you, down to him, her and us, -
To put what's wrong right; to regain His trust.
