My little piece of paper

by Sabine Taylor   Apr 22, 2005

My pen on the paper
Forming new words
My view
On this little piece
Of paper
So everybody
Can see it

And even if I will lose
It all
Then there’s this little piece
Of paper
With the words
I once formed
So clearly
That everybody can read
My view
Of this world

When I will be in heaven
So there will be
This little piece
Of paper
I once wrote
My view
Uncensored
And true
That everybody knows
That there was once a
Feeling called
Love

And this little piece of paper
My world’s view
For the future
Should be a memory
Of a time
Then there were
Still a couple of people
Who knew what
This feeling was like
And perhaps there will be
A few persons
Who will remember me
When I am yet in heaven
Because these people read
My little piece of paper
Before the last atomic bomb fell
And my little piece of paper
Will then just be a memory
Of an forgotten time and world

Did I ever tell you about my Beautiful friend Lara? She would love this writing. I would marry that girl, if she wasn't so busy. She's always working. She goes great work. But I guess she's shy. I understand her. I'm the same way.
