I lie in the darkness with only a candle flame giving me light
I'm searching for the words that might fit just right

Thoughts of you constantly flood my mind
You are the someone I never thought I'd find

I think of you each morning and dream of you at night
There are no words that can express my delight

You are the highlight of my day, even if we're apart
