Broken friendship wanting to mend

I was lying in bed
and herd the phone ring
but i never thought it would be you
it was such a weird thing

you were crying
and wanted me
you said you missed me
and to that i did agree

well i missed you to
but you said some nasty stuff
i do want to forgive you
but what you said was really tough

you had a problem
and came to you're old best friend
you are hurting alot inside
and i will help you're heart mend

all these memories
we have together
you might have forgotten about them
but they will stay with me forever

i really do miss you
i hate to admit
i deny it all the time
but I'm sad our friendship split

i wasn't bothered at first
but then i got sad
i lost a brilliant best Friend
the only one i ever had
