It broke my heart,when you told me you had cancer.
It broke my heart to see you in pain
It broke my heart knowing there was nothing i could do to help you.
It broke my heart to see you attached to machines
it broke my heart to see you cry
it broke my heart to hear u pray,"please don't let me die"
it broke my heart when i got told you Were going to die in weeks or maybe
months.
it killed my heart when i came home and you were dead....

    wow this is a really sad poem
    i just wanted to say that happen to my friend last sunday his dad died because of the
    i know no words could bring him back but i sorry & i am here if ya need anyone
