So far we've come some way now
We're stepping up in the world
As long as we stay there
Or keep on stepping up
Its all thats gonna matter now
We find ourselves lower than we've ever been
Just as long as the other is there
It usually turns out alright
Through the day every things about as good as it gets
The night its always a different story
Its when all the things run through our minds
Somewhere out there theres a way to stop it
We'll walk beside each other till we find
Its gonna be a long walk
But I don't mind to walk it
As long as you promise me you'll always be there
