The Closet

There's a space in my closet that nobody knows about.
Where I sit there in the dark and cry away the people.
Where i can fall in my shadow,
And be safe from all my problems.

There's a space in my closet where i dream the realities.
Time seems to pause in my own little place.
The voices in my closet comfort all my fears
A tiny bit of hope in forms of tears

There's a place in my closet where i waste all my time
Wrapped in my blanket wishing i was sleeping
As the voices get louder, directing my thoughts
The place in my closet begins to turn
It takes me for a ride around the moon
Possibilities are endless in my own little spot

There's a place in my closet where i hide from you
And as i weep for something knew
And fall deeper into my little space
The voices sing, and sleep in my thoughts

There's a place in my closet where i could hang.
A perfect place to rot away.
But the voices cut me down,
Quietly singing me another day.

There's a place in my closet that nobody knows about
Where i dream my reality and cry out my thoughts
So when you, i mean if you look out your window
And see a full moon, you'll see me dancing
Among all of the voices.
