Open Your Eyes

Open your eyes, look around,
you'll be surprised at what you see.
Ask anyone, they have problems,
so stop thinking " It's only me ".

You don't seem to realize
that our lives suck as well.
I think it's time I let you know,
I think it's time I tell.

Her mother's on drugs,
his sister is dead.
His dad's in jail,
her brother has worms in his head.

I can understand
that it's hard to be you.
But maybe you should see
that everyone cries too.
