What I Need To Know

Why is it you've got me caught up in your love?
Why can't you be nice and let me go?

I know this love is more complicated than the rest WHY is it so strong?

I'm not interested in the trouble you bring. WHY can't I just love you?

It was only last night we confessed our desire to be one with each other,but WHY aren't we committed?

You say it's because your cousin and what we used to have together?WHY don't you see I don't love him it's only you?

WHY are you only into me because I met someone new? If you only knew my love was true.

I guess I could ask you to betray what you stand for and be with me. WHY am I so selfish?

The real question is why are we asking questions when we know the answers?
