Me n My Principles

I live by my faith, dreams, hope, n Love.
When feelin lost or lonely, I consult the One above.
I know He'll always be there on dark or starry nights.
He'll hold my hand gently, until i reach day's light.
I believe in my principles, I never let 'em down.
I walk with my head up, I'll never face the ground.
Hard times come by n seem to last so long.
But I made it through the day n realize that I'm strong.
Life is precious, it shouldn't go to waste.
Live everyday to the fullest, but not at a fast pace.
I've enjoyed bein four, five, six, n seven.
I'll enjoy bein me until I reach heaven.
The most important thing to me is to remember who you are.
Through the ups n downs, home is never far.
Remember where you're from n how you came to be.
How far along you've come n what has set you free.
Home is always close, it's deep inside the heart.
