Splinters in the Eye

by Johnni xTCC   Apr 26, 2005

Sad, Lone Depression
Cries of a desperate heart
Pleading with the dagger
To make its ever eternal resting place
In my heart
Rusting and corroding away
The cleanness and beauty
In each and every living cell in my body
They are not multiplying anymore
Eyes, heavy as the truck loads of
Tears i have been shedding
Life, no more but a segment of a line
In my eternal life
Heart shattered
Broken remains of shimmering sadness
My soul died long before my body
Nimbus thunderous clouds slowly form
Over my broken crow
Looking up, the feeling
Of cold shot through my brown eyes
Slowly I see the rain falling
Upon my profusely bleeding wounds
Heavens rain ceases.
Only to bring Summer sun
My wounds dry to scabs
Not even rain can do its moistures wonder here
Hear not on one prayer
"Delight in what you have'' says the LORD!
But when I have nothing
What then do I delight in?
I have no Riches, Humor, Joy, Strength, Future, Past or Present.
Augment Your precious Strength and Joy, Present and Future to me!
Protect me Lord so that I might not even hear the
Clashing of the enemies sword
I MAKE MYSELF TO YOU, LORD!
