I'll Always Love You

If I could close my eyes,
And wish one thing away,
I'd wish you out of my life,
Along with the cruel words you had to say.

You had said "I Love You",
And that I was the only one,
But now you've taken it back,
The damage has been done.

There's my tears that fall each day,
Then all those sleepless nights,
How come all of this ended,
Because of a few stupid fights?

If you never really cared,
How come you told all those lies?
Now you have to live with the guilt,
As my poor helpless self dies.

Just remember I'll always care,
Even after what you put me through,
But never forget this,
