Am i emotionally unstable
am i false like a fable
do i rot like the food on the table
or am i just another label

do i go on pretending its not there
do i sit here acting like i don't care
this isn't fair
should i tell everyone or never share

i don't wont to go on, to live in pain
should i shut up and just cut my vein
am i honestly going insane
i don't want my heart crippled walking with a cane

help me out of my current state
stop me before i make my final Date
don't let me go to far, stop me before its too late
please don't let me seal my fate
