Sweet Irony

People amaze me the way some should not
Once to you knowledge wanting
But sporadically forgot
Fade with all your thought
Into the memory that you
Could rewind and relive those
Unloved moments that some how
Got stored in your vacancy
You call a memory
Wanting so bad to be
Where you once thought was dreadful
Now seems heaven
Strangely I regret those
Nights I thought I was
Living, now I know inside
I was dying
Loving the past for the excuse
To be real with your wish
Scared of you own thoughts
Avoiding the tasted moments
That made me true to my
Throbbing heart
No body wants to realize the
Unseen pain that exist
Only in a nightmare
If only we were shown how
To compromise by our
Selfish parents
Hate me if you wish, but
I am only writing the unwritten
Thinking the unthinkable
The paper so big
My words so small
Saying the undesirable
Wishing with our bodies that
The time would go back
But then forward
Such Irony!
Hidden our hearts can be
To the truth
