Raindrops

As raindrops splash upon my face
I'm trying to remember that you've been misplaced
The love I know for you seems so unreal
My only problem is I don't remember how it feels

I miss your smile each and every day
Along with the sweet words you would say
I can't help that my soul is crying tears
My heart needs the one that gave it love for years

Wishing that it could be the same
That we weren't failing at love's tortured game
And as the raindrops splash upon my face
I quickly remember what it feels like to be back at first base...

    This is a very good start to a good piece of work but it only is just that a start. Your giving me a glimpse but the whole picture is still hazy. I would really look this over again and add you got alot more then this in the poem the emotion alone would say you got more to write on this think about it will you...
