I thought i knew what love was before the day that i met you,
I thought The way i felt would mean that I do love you.
I thought it was just a feeling that we have everynow and then,
you know,
those butterflies in your stomach,
your heart jumping from within.
I thought we would last a life time and no one could break us up,
but i guess that was only until the time;
the time that i messed up.
I thought that you could forgive me because of all the days you told me you loved me so,
I thought that you would forgive me..
I never thought you would let go..
I thought the times we said that we\'d get married and have some kids would hold us together through the Good and the bad,
But alas i was mistaken and you left me just like that.
I thought you said you\'d die for me because you loved me so,
then how could you leave me over just one speed bump in the road If what you said was really so?
I thought i knew what love was, that it caused no hurt or pain,
but Now i know i was mistaken,
New feelings im finding each and every day.
I thought i knew everything,
but i found out that i don\'t.
but there is one thing i do know and i just thought I\'d let you know...
I love you with my heart and soul and even though you\'re gone i still can\'t let you go.....
