He is my hero
Not just mine
Almost everyone on team 8-4
Was effected
By what this man said
How he is taking his life
To keep ours free
He made it through
Will he go back?
Do you think he
Did his best?
Just trying to keep us
And his kids free
They need to know their dad
But they still should
Be free
We thank him
For telling us
What he does
We should respect that
And remember
People put their lives on the line
to save us; kids
So to you, my friend
Team 8-4 says “ thank you!”
