I really admired this. A worthy write of letting go and the pain with it. I love how you displayed the process of ridding yourself of someone you love, but yet mistreated you at the same time. I really likedI've tried to walk beside you

They portray the devotion and emotion given to that person only to have it neglected in return.
I loved the last two lines
"You and I won't make it through
What's inevitable can't be denied."
Symbolizing the process of letting go of a painful event and the reasoning of why it is done, in a beautiful way.
