Angel of Death

by Amba   Apr 28, 2005

I am the Angel of Death
I watch helplessly as the poor girl slept
She not knowing, soon was to be her last breath
I sit, huddled in the corner, and sadly wept

She was just young, only 16
Still hadn’t fulfilled her hopes or her dreams
She was just quiet with low self esteem
Inside violently, she cried, and she screamed

With a flash, she opened her eyes
Sick of the bullshit, sick of the lies
Her eyes red, from her midnight cry’s
Tonight she decided she would end her life

Into the bathroom, still feeling betrayed
She opened the cabinet, found the blade
Cutting her self deeply, She started to sway
I wish i could help her, but its the decision she made

I could not look, she was just to young
but i could not help, whats done is done
She got no chances, no, not one
She took the leap, and downdown wards plunged

Now i am with her, her sad little soul
She didn’t know what happened, so i told
She cried for ages, droplets of gold
She stared at her body, oh so cold

Please everyone out there, don't look for the end
You have people that love you, family and friends
And it will take time, but a broken heart will mend
I am the angel of death, and this is the message i send

Very beautiful, indeed. It moved me so much, I love it. There are actually no words to speak about it, because it left me without a voice and on the verge of tears...very very good. 5 for this one...
