Alice in Wonderland

by Obsession   Apr 28, 2005

Down the rabbit hole
Victim to her curiosity
Meets mad merry strangers
With pent up animosity
"How very queer,"
Alice says with a frown
For what is down is up
And what is up is down
"We're all mad here in wonderland,"
Grins the Cheshire Cat
"We're all quite back wards here
"You can be sure of that."
"I'm not mad,"
frowns Alice
"Wait, who am I?
"Am I Jessica, full of malice
"Am I Samantha, such a fool
"Am I Alice, such a silly girl
"Oh, I do hope I'm not Samantha
"With her head full of curls
"If I am Alice, I ought to be able to recite
"How dost the little crocodile:
"How dost the little crocodile
"With his pointy toothed smile...
"Oh, that's all wrong
"I can't even remember a simple song
"Which means I'm not Alice
"And that I must be Sam
"Oh, what a silly fool
"How ridiculous I am!"
