Rain

Standing in the dark
It starts to rain
I just stand there
And let it wash away my pain

Listen to it
Each and ever beat
I love it
It makes me feel complete

And for a while
I'm in control
I just stand there
As it cleanses my soul

Then I start to shiver
Feeling cold
It reminds me
I have nothing left to hold

I Feel so free
Yet so bound
I' m wondering
If I will ever be found

And if I will stop
Feeling so alone
But for now
I will remain unknown
