The salty sea wind refreshes my yearning
I’m off to a world unknown
I know, alas, I’ll never be returning
But my destiny awaits my soul

This is the journey both heart and soul long for
A journey my being must make
My dreams, my hopes, left remaining on shore
For my destiny awaits my soul

The ship rides onward on the crystal blue waves
My life has taken its course
This journey, I hope, brings the peace my heart craves
