A Needle Without Thread

by ŦōüċhÌήğ ỀνĬĽ   May 1, 2005

I see you with your friends
Acting like you don’t care
But I know deep down inside
You miss me being there

I flip through the book of memories
That has been pasted in my thoughts
The smiles, laughs and friendship
Everything that we lost

I held on to you so hard
Never wanting to let go
But as you slipped away
The pain started to show

The walls that held us together
Slowly started to fall
But you kept on pretending
Hardly noticing at all

Your face, what used to be real
Is now only an image in my head
Like a frame with no picture
A needle without the thread…
