Forgive me

I closed my eyes and held my breath.......
Don’t cry I said, just don’t cry.
I’m thinking... all I do is think
Every thing is spinning round and round I go.
I scream inside and clinch my fist.
My stomach still in knots,
I taste my blood IV bit my lip
God help me please........
I’m on my knees; just take this pain from me.
My heart is pounding o so loud.
I’ve tried so hard to make things right,
IV never failed to fail.
Just relax I tell myself,
Soon enough this all will end.
I think of all the times I’ve cried
Silly me, I tried to hard.
I face my fear and point my gun
The time has come to say goodbye.
I talk to God one last time.
God for give me for I have sinned
With that last request I shot my husband in the head........
