As Little Children

by samuel   May 2, 2005

As little children
At the block rosary we sang
Around the altar
Singing praising marching
Those songs dull;
The praise leaves our hearts
We are too tired to march
Even now we watch
For those strains
Bringing back nostalgic memories and
Another lease of youth
To an old heart.
