Feeling Lost

Here I am feeling lost
Like I can never again trust

Thanks to you I feel this way
Promising me you’d always stay

I thought it would go away with time
But as time progresses I am slowly lossing more and more my mind

I thought you would always be mine
Never thought you’d leave me high and dry

So here I am feeling lost, confused, and overwhelmed too
Not knowing exactly what to do

They tell me I am better off
And saved myself from the future heartache you would cause

so here I stand feeling so so lost
knowing all to well that you’re the cause

I was so sure that you wanted me as much as I did you
But maybe I was just a fool

Somehow I seemed to have lost my way
