Melancholy Gloom

by HOLLY ARMER   May 2, 2005

Sobbing quietly in the darkest glade.
A gloomy fairy lives among the shade.
Wings made of rainclouds, sadness ensues.
His tear stained face expresses his blues.

His clothing just rags dingy and dark.
No smiles or laughter, not even a spark.
He's quiet and tearful, lost all hope.
Keeps to himself, unable to cope.

If you stumble upon him please know.
His sorrow will follow wherever you go.
He loves to share his depression and doom.
This sad little fairy called Melancholy Gloom.

*This is the 4th installment in my Fairy series! The other 3 I've posted are Wickett, Haven, and Serenity Spring!*
