2005

2005

The giant halls loom

So big, intimidating

yet they

Smile at me. Not a friendly smile

But of knowing

They leer,jeer,testing my strength

The other's don't see it

As they walk on by

"looser"they call me,then laugh as I cry

There painted nails,and bleached hair

Prove that their worthy

Of respect and happiness

The guys are different.

I'm invisible to them

Another loner's face

Lost among the crowd

Soon I will leave

Goodbye to the girls, goodbye to the guys

Goodbye to the halls in which i have cried.
