Love is worth it despite the pain

Gotta believe in the spirit of love
it comes in many forms especially from above
sometimes it can hurt so much
missing, needing, wanting that one simple touch
but sometimes the pain is worth it
because some people live their whole lives with out knowing it
a crazy control it can have over you
make you confused or not know what to do
make you sad to pieces
and find comfort in food like Reese's
but when its done right
your willing to endure the fight
even though you know it may not last
and that it could put your heart in a cast
its too late to turn back now this feeling you want to keep
love has cast its spell, your in too deep
love isn’t fair
it doesn’t even ask you if it’s a feeling you want to share
it pulls you in without a care
but be glad it happened to you
because some people only get to see it through books and movies too
