A Mere Dream

by Mark Coates   May 3, 2005

Life is not real to us
It's a mere dream of our souls
It's a dream they created
So we could see what
We would do if we had a body
The dream can last
From zero years to more than a hundred
Our souls are so old
They do not notice
They've been asleep
For so long
Life is not real to us
I'ts a mere dream of our souls

We float around in the summerlands
With a life of power
Earth is really a cold place
It's in space
but it's not what our dreams say
it's blue and green
with No life
