Shh little one, you will see
This is just poverty
And people ignore it all the time
So go ahead be like the others
Pass the homeless
Like you don't care
But you don't fool me
I see
In your heart they will be
I see your heart cry out for others
And I see you cry
Up in your bead
But
Shh little one, you will see
Your mother will be home shortly
